UNIBEP is a construction group with a solid position on the national market. In recent years the company has completed the construction of over 40 multi-family developments within the Warsaw region. Over 7,500 completed apartments with a combined floor space of approximately 480 thousand square meters is the reason for UNIBEP's high position on the list of general contractors within the multifamily housing sector. In recent years the company has seen dynamic development in the area of hotel construction completing many prestigious projects in Eastern Europe, such as the 4-star Radisson SAS Hotel with office and service complex in Kaliningrad as well as the Crown Plaza 4-star Airport City Sankt Petersburg in Russia. Two more 4-star hotels are currently under construction, one near Moscow and the other in Minsk, Belarus.
Unihouse, a branch of Unibep S.A., specializes in the production of modular multifamily housing using frame construction. Norway is the company's largest export market and this is where Unihouse has most experience. Unihouse projects are constructed in the largest cities of Norway, which also have the most demanding consumers, such as Trondheim or Oslo. The company additionally builds in such distant cities as Mo i Rana located in close proximity to the Arctic Circle.

UNIBEP as a general contractor completes projects in the field of arts and culture such as the Oskar Kolberg Swietokrzyska Philharmonic Building in Kielce opened in January of 2012 or the European Centre for the Arts Opera and Philharmonic Building in Bialystok. Among Unibep's sport-related projects are the Aquapark and pool in Suwalki which has received multiple awards, and the Multi-Function Sport and Exhibition Hall in Czestochowa. Unibep is also proud of having completed various office buildings in Warsaw including the A class Corius office building located within the Okecie Business Park. "Galeria Alfa" Shopping Centre, which has been honoured with numerous awards, and the "Suwalki Plaza" Centre, are examples of commercial projects completed by Unibep.

UNIBEP is the largest Polish exporter of construction services to countries east of Poland and the largest Polish general contractor in Norway. Until now, as Unihouse, we have completed 17 projects in Norway, whose total floor space exceeds 21,000 square meters. The company is planning to introduce the modular housing technology to Russian and Western European markets.
